Brad Peace Married to Evelyn for 34 years. Lived in San Antonio my entire life. My family has been in the auto and truck repair business and later the forklifts so it would only be natural that I would have an interest in mechanics. Since high school I have always been interested in British cars, but have owned an assortment of Mustangs, Falcons, and Rancheros with my last British car being a 1975 Triumph TR6. Found the 1973 MGB-GT I currently own on Craigslist at a Storage Unit in Helotes. I have done various things to the car such as an engine rebuild, convert back to US carburetors, installed an Overdrive transmission, and most recently, replaced the rear springs. When I purchased the car, I was specifically looking for a GT and liked the looks of the car. I had looked at some others including a couple of GT6’s, but this car was rust free and around the corner from the house.
